Boy, Turlough is a lot harder to draw than he looks! This is the closest I could get -mainly I just wanted to draw his eyebrows, never mind the rest of him!
Vislor Turlough, a companion of the fifth Doctor's and one of the more interesting ones in my opinion.
I guess it's because Turlough is so different from other companions, that I like him so much. At times he's an unbelievable jerk and coward who barely smiles and looks at everything with a cynical eye. Also, let's not forget that he was under orders from the Black Guardian to kill the Doctor when we first meet him (Till his conscience got the better of him that is) but that's what gives him a spark!
Plus, I laugh every time at that moment in The Five Doctors when, watching the TARDIS scanner, Susan and Turlough see that the ship is surrounded by Cybermen who are laying down explosives. Susan wonders what they can do... "Die." replies Turlough!
Hooray, Turlough is one of my favourite companions just for being totally unique. He's like the anticompanion! I love how you've made him look really pale and shifty.
Thanks! Yep, Turlough certainly feels like one-of-a-kind!

Manny: Just WHEN exactly did you loose your mind? Buck: About three months ago. I woke up married to a pineapple... An *UGLY* pineapple. But I loved her....
Well, yelling TURLOUGH!!, in a danger moment has more of a ring to it than VISLOR!!
Indeed, it would be nice to have a character like him again just in order to shake up the companion dynamic.

Nearly all of us, if not every single one of us, have come across a deviation that just has a disappointing '...'. Conversely, some of us have even come across a massive wall of text.
Whether we are the people who ask ourselves, "Is that it?", or whether we are the people who ask ourselves, "What can I say?", this guide will hopefully provide you with some insight in how to go about writing a good description for your deviations, a.k.a. your Artist's (or Author's) Comments.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.

The shifty, cynical sides to his character was what made him a great interesting character, and how Tegan didn't hide her dislike for him.
There needs to be more of that in Doctor Who a lot more tension in the TARDIS.
Excellent work!
