I've been really pleased over the years to see how many people have appreciated my tutorials and quite often I have notifications saying that a new person has favourited all of them. Then I take a look at said tutorial and am reminded at how out-of-date they are!
Certainly, the advice I originally gave out wasn't bad but I myself have learnt a lot since I originally posted them in 2008-09 so there is a lot more I could add or make adjustments to.
This was really starting to aggravate me as I felt that I was giving out very old advice to a lot of people so I finally made the time to redo the ones I felt needed to be updated.
Please, all followers old and new, feel free to take a look if you wish and I hope that people will still find them useful!

Frankie Valli and Manga Studio 5
A month late but anyway... thanks for the birthday wishes everyone!!
I celebrated by going to see "Jersey Boys" at my local theatre which was a lot more excellent and entertaining than I was expecting!
Y'know, I've heard of the band name "Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons" and practically everyone has heard at some point the songs "December 1963 (Oh, What a Night)" ,"Sherry" and "Walk Like a Man" (which I'll always associate with the Robert Downey Jr. film "Heart and Souls") but I've never given any thought as to who the band members actually are/were other than "some boy band from the 50's/60's." It meant I was left wondering whether this
Work In Progress
Sorry for the lack of art things from me lately!
With the acknowledgement that I really need to promote myself more, I've been hard at work fixing up my showreel which has been long, LOOOOOOONG overdue for a rehaul with all new pieces to be added to it.
I like to divide my showreel up between original characters, fanart and "random" stuff. I've got most of the fanart sorted out save for one piece (The Time Travellers artwork) which I want to redo as I know I can do better on it. The same goes for a couple of the random pieces which could have some extra detail added to them and then comes the realisation that it has been a while since I've
I'm Back!
Well, I'm back from my holiday in Scotland and well rested after all that walking up and down hills, exploring ancient castles and wrestling with Fringe Festival staff trying to bury me in leaflets for all the shows that were being performed that month!
I'll be able to go into more detail once I've transferred all the photos I've taken from the camera to the computer but for now know that I thoroughly enjoyed myself and would gladly go exploring Edinburgh again! And ironically the weather was a lot nicer than what was happening down south at the time!
